Yongtak has more than 20 years of insurance experience, having worked as a Broker at some of the largest global broking firms and as an underwriter at both direct and global insurers, giving him a broad view of the insurance industry.
For the last ten years, his main focus has been on Private Equity and M&A insurance solution. This includes due diligence, operational insurance placement for portfolio companies, investment management insurance, and transactional liability solutions such as Warranties & Indemnities Insurance and Tax Liability Insurance.
