Stephan joined BMS as Head of W&I Insurance. Stephan has over 17 years’ M&A and legal experience and is a highly knowledgeable corporate lawyer and W&I insurance broker. He joined BMS from Aon UK where he spent 6 years gaining extensive experience in advising private equity and corporate clients around the strategic use of transaction liability insurance on cross-border M&A deals. Prior to Aon, Stephan was group legal manager at Legal & General PLC where he advised the Group on a range of commercial deals, funds distribution and regulatory compliance.
