Chloe Cha is a Senior Associate at BMS in Korea and advises clients on M&A insurance solutions, including Warranties & Indemnities (W&I) Insurance, Tax Liability Insurance and Contingent Liability Insurance.
Chloe has more than 9 years of insurance experience, having worked as a Broker at one of the largest global broking firms and as an account executive at a direct insurance company, giving her a broad view of the insurance industry. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law focusing on Corporate Law and holds the designation of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
