Kaori Iwai is an Associate at BMS in Japan and advises clients on M&A insurance solutions, including Warranties & Indemnities (W&I) Insurance, Tax Liability Insurance and Contingent Liability Insurance.
Prior to joining BMS, Kaori was working as an insurance and reinsurance broker in Canada and Japan.
She gained her insurance experience in one of the biggest general insurance brokers in Canada and while working as an in-house broker for a global trading company in Japan.
She had also worked at law firms in Canada as a licensed paralegal of the law society of Ontario to help immigrants and refugees from all over the world.
