Wong Wei Lit is an Associate at BMS in Asia and advises clients on M&A insurance solutions, including Warranties & Indemnities Insurance, Tax Liability Insurance, Contingent Liability Insurance and Litigation Risks Insurance. Prior to joining BMS, Wei Lit was practising tax, international commercial and trade law at one of the largest international law firms in Kuala Lumpur. Wei Lit holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from King's College London and was called to the Bar of England and Wales.
