Attorney Tamara T. H. Kim, formerly of Latham & Watkins and Samsung, joins the team
As reported in The Bell, one of Korea’s top capital markets publications, we are pleased to announce that Tamara T. H. Kim T.H. Kim has joined our regional team as Chief Legal Officer & Senior Director for M&A.
Tamara has an extensive background in M&A and corporate advisory, having worked with some of the largest companies and law firms in the world. Taking on a regional role, Tamara will be based in Korea and will help to provide strategic and differentiated M&A insurance advisory services to a growing client base across Asia.
Following the launch of its Korean operations in the past quarter, BMS in Asia is continuing to expand rapidly and is looking out for top legal talent to join its team.
